Dr Ashish Kale Director and chief Consultant started Asha IVF centre in 2009 after training himself from world class facilities like Cleveland clinic in Ohio USA and NUH in Singapore instead of staying back there, he left behind a lucrative career he decided to come back to pune and provide his people whatever knowledge he had earned from these world-class Centres. He established 2 IVF centres in the city of Pune and from there the journey of expansion started he is leading over 10 IVF centres in the country of India where he imparts his clinical knowledge.

He then started his Facebook group which is a unique group where he imparts knowledge totally free of cost to all gynaecologist all over the world and trains them in Endoscopy and Infertility. He also solves their difficult cases online so which is a boon to all clinicians where in they actually do not need to come down to the Centre but their queries get solved immediately and in this way the results for difficult and failure patients have increased amazingly
his educational group has around 5000 followers across the globe and till date he has maintained it to be totally free all his surgeries have an open access to all those who want to learn and expand in this field.

He is also the pioneer in setting up the first IVF lab in the state of Arunachal Pradesh this was the first of its kind where he has delivered the first test tube baby of the state of Arunachal Pradesh

Dr Ashish is an elected executive member of many national and international organisations like ISAR that is Indian Society of assisted reproduction. He is the clinical secretary of Indian Society of assisted reproduction, he is also the elected executive member of Maharashtra state chapter of ISAR, IAGE.

He is also heading the national family welfare committee by FOGSI which is an association representing around 23,000 gynaecologist all over the country He practises various unique protocols in his IVF centre Ashakiran Hospital which has increase the success rate to the tune of 60 to 70% he is also one of the leading pioneer is ND5 embryo transfer laser hatching cryopreservation of gametes social freezing of eggs and also freezing of semen and eggs in cancer patients
